Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field: A solid educational foundation is essential for this role. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and architecting solutions using Dynamics 365.
  • Coding Proficiency: Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
  • Dynamics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Adept Problem Solver: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions quickly.
