👨‍💻 About the Role

We are seeking Senior Engineers to join a dynamic team focused on developing transaction monitoring and anti-financial crime solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful features, collaborate across teams, and help shape the future of a leading fintech platform.

This is a hybrid role; you’ll be required to attend the Dublin office once every two weeks.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native software for fintech applications
  
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality features
  
• Contribute to a microservices architecture in a fast-paced, agile environment
  
• Drive best practices in engineering, testing, and DevOps
  

🛠️ Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience building and maintaining backend systems
  

• Strong experience in Python
  
• Proven background in cloud-native (SaaS) development
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services: Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, SNS, SQS
  
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation, microservices)
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• DevOps/IaC experience (Kubernetes, CDK, Pulumi)
  
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks
  
• Experience with real-time systems
