👨💻 About the Role
We are seeking Senior Engineers to join a dynamic team focused on developing transaction monitoring and anti-financial crime solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful features, collaborate across teams, and help shape the future of a leading fintech platform.
This is a hybrid role; you’ll be required to attend the Dublin office once every two weeks.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build scalable, cloud-native software for fintech applications
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality features
- Contribute to a microservices architecture in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Drive best practices in engineering, testing, and DevOps
🛠️ Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience building and maintaining backend systems
- Strong experience in Python
- Proven background in cloud-native (SaaS) development
- Hands-on experience with AWS Services: Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, SNS, SQS
- Understanding of modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation, microservices)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
🌟 Nice to Have:
- DevOps/IaC experience (Kubernetes, CDK, Pulumi)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with real-time systems
