As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who can contribute significantly to our expansion.
Responsibilities:
Creating and executing business strategies: Develop business development strategies using the PowerPRM tool, which is tailored to specific industries and customer needs.
Preparation of business presentations: Professionally prepare proposals and presentations that effectively demonstrate the value and functionality of PowerPRM
Customer acquisition: Identifying potential clients, conducting effective negotiations, and building lasting business relationships using our platform.
Business consulting: Supporting clients in the optimal use of the PowerPRM tool, advising on the automation of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Requirements:
Minimum of several years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience working with CRM tools or related systems.
Ability to analyze business needs and adapt strategies to different industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The initiative, self-reliance, and a solid goal-oriented attitude.
We offer:
Employment under a B2B contract.
Attractive salary: PLN 12,000 - 15,000 net base.
