Campaign Management Specialist

Role Overview: Campaign Management Specialist(3 Positions)
As a Campaign Management Specialist reporting to the Conversion and Retention Manager (Global), you will play a crucial role in executing global campaigns for Casino, Live Casino, and Sports products in local markets. Collaboration with local Market Managing Directors will be a focal point to ensure alignment with market needs. Coordination with central and local teams is paramount to ensuring precision and high-quality campaigns.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to campaign analysis and process improvement initiatives.
We are currently in search of three Campaign Management Specialists, each dedicated to the following markets: Canada (&ROW), UK, and Nordics (Finnish).
Key Responsibilities:
- Localize the global calendar and conduct detailed briefings for local campaigns.
- Analyze local campaign performance, and conduct market/competitor analysis.
- Develop and manage a central commercial strategy, ensuring adaptability for local markets.
- Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
- Ideate campaign concepts and oversee the execution process.
- Implement customer retention strategies for the local market.
- Leverage integrated campaign tools and tech for efficient CRM marketing.
- Design and execute comprehensive campaigns, including bonuses and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence for a data-driven approach.
- Ensure campaign quality and proofreading.
- Monitor competitors' CRM activities and report findings.
- Oversee key database metrics and propose improvements.
- Follow established central processes and suggest refinements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position; a marketing or business degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Local market knowledge (Spain, Canada, UK, Nordics).
- Minimum 2 years of CRM or online/multi-channel marketing experience, ideally in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and data skills, with budget management experience.

- Effective management of bonus spend (Gen2GGR%).

- Increase the number of unique depositing players (UDP).
